1.Installation and commissioning

Tecreat's engineers sent to the customer’s side are all strictly trained and have rich on-site experience. Besides fulfilling the installation and commissioning, we can also assist the customer to manage the plant and the equipment.

2. Training service

Tecreat's engineer will introduce composition and functions of the equipment on the production line,   Knowledge of production line designing, production planning, equipment part processing and quality assuring will be taught. Your works have to learn and practise in the plant, get familiar with crucial parts of the equipment,the assembling of the equipment and crucial components. Learn how to maintain and repair the equipment, and knowledge of safe operation.

3. Technician cooperation

Tecreat will send technicians to customers, especially in Africa, Asian, mid-east countries,which is short of necessary proficiency workers,to operate and matainn the machines, based on the employee contract with customer's company.

4. Spare parts

Tecreat guarantees that the spare parts are completely consistent with the original parts. With a complete after-sale service team and management system of spare parts,so we can response fast and can supply rapdly. According to customer's situation, we will establish“Spare Parts Offer” to guarantee the customer’s production line to run as safely and continuity.
